Douglas Street Pre-5 Centre is non-denominational. We respect and welcome children and parents of all religions, faiths and beliefs.
The center caters for children from birth to 5 years. We have 50 full time places, however, because of part time places and shared weeks we cater for a greater amount of children over the centre's day.

Opening times
|
The Centre is open from Monday to Friday for 52 weeks of the year from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
We close for all public holidays, In Service days and over the Christmas and New Year period.
Because the centre’s opening hours allow us to meet the needs of the family, daily sessions can vary. Times should be discussed with the Head or Depute at enrolment. During each session the children will be welcomed and given the opportunity for free play, grouptime, snack and outdoor play.
